How does activation work after purchase?
After payment, your Sierra Chart account is automatically authorized to use the study. The next time you open Sierra Chart, the study will be available in your Custom Studies list. No download or file transfer is needed.
What Sierra Chart username should I use when registering?
Use the exact username you log into Sierra Chart with. This is the account that will be authorized to use the studies you purchase. You can find it in Sierra Chart under Help > About, next to "Registered To:".
Which Sierra Chart version is required?
Our studies require Sierra Chart with ACSIL (Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language) support. We recommend keeping Sierra Chart updated to the latest version for best compatibility.
I purchased but the study does not appear in Sierra Chart. What should I do?
First, restart Sierra Chart to refresh the study list. If the study still does not appear, verify that your Sierra Chart username in your SCS account matches your actual SC login. If the issue persists, contact us at support@scstudies.com with your order details.
Can I use the study on multiple computers?
Yes. The authorization is tied to your Sierra Chart account, not to a specific machine. You can use the study on any computer where you log into Sierra Chart with your authorized account.
Are updates included in the purchase price?
Yes. All updates to the study you purchased are included at no additional cost. Updates are delivered automatically through the Sierra Chart authorization system.
