When you create an account, we collect: your nickname, email address, and Sierra Chart username. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate the SCS service: to authenticate your account, process your orders, and authorize your Sierra Chart study access. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to process payments (Stripe) and authorize your Sierra Chart account (Sierra Chart).
3. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
4. Data retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at support@scstudies.com.
