Digital goods policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (custom studies), all sales are final. Once your Sierra Chart account has been authorized, we are unable to offer refunds. This is consistent with standard digital goods policies.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged but your Sierra Chart account was not authorized (technical failure).
  • You were charged twice for the same product.
  • The study does not function at all on a supported Sierra Chart version.

How to request a refund

Contact us at support@scstudies.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
