By purchasing or using any product from SCS (Sierra Chart Study), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Products & License

All custom studies sold on SCS are licensed for personal use only. The license is non-transferable and grants you the right to use the study on your Sierra Chart account. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of study access is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and represent a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Disclaimer

SCS custom studies are tools to assist with technical analysis and risk calculation. They do not constitute financial advice. Trading involves significant risk of loss. SCS is not responsible for any trading losses incurred while using our products.
